Dynamic process of development of students’ social competence in an energoinformational system

The article provides a rationale that a human as an energetic structure has an energoinformational character and develops his/her social competence by exchanging information with other people. Practice-oriented model for development of social competence among undergraduate students including three stages: information and analysis, emotion and evaluation, project and activity are discussed in details.
