Dynamics of anthopometrical indicators of pupils with exogenic constitutional obesity during the course of application the healthcare programs

Obesity is one of the actual problems in modern public health services. Research objective – to estimate complience of children at school age with exogenic-constitutional ovesity (ECO) to application the healthcare programs of preventive character. 95 pupils at the age of 7-17 years with ECO I-III degrees for 2009-2010 years are surveyed. The control group consists of 69 children with the same diagnosis without application of preventive programs. During inspection it is revealed that schoolboys with ECO at extrahospital stage of inspection have II degree of disease that specifies in absence of timely revealing the given pathology and insufficient preventive maintenance of food infringement in ordinary life of pupils is more often. At repeated survey a year later body weight of 20 pupols (21,1 %) have lowered to level of norm and preobesity from 95 children with ECO in the basic group, from 69 persons of control group – only 5 children (7,3 %), thus 3 children, having put on weight, have passed to the big degree of disease. Results specify in efficiency of introduction the healthcare programs of preventive character.
