Dynamics of philosophical concepts of education: from search of truth to game by simulacra

In article dynamics of philosophical ideas of education, its place and role in human lives and societies is considered: in antiquity when knowledge was understood as means of universal development of the personality, management of change of essence of the person; during the Education era when an education is got by the categorial status and modern value as a certain way of acquisition of new skills by transformation of natural inclinations and tendencies; in the XX century when education from the point of view of a post-modernist discourse loses former value against death of the subject of knowledge in a century of general knowledge when masses isn't able to distinguish fiction from truth, simulation from reality any more. Despite post-modernist scepticism, modern society is in great need in understanding of a true role of culture and education which assumes development of socially significant content of historical experience.
