One of the important components, providing efficiency of the educational process, is the functional condition of the students' organism. In midlands in the training camps during athletes' adaptation to the climate in combination with high physical loads abnormal reactivity (maladjustment) can be developed, which make a negative impact on students' functional condition. To avoid this, athlete's rational organization of the daily routine and training loads is necessary. Optimization of the training process must be realized basing on a psycho-pedagogical and medical monitoring for psychological and functional condition of beginner skiers. The article presents data of psycho-pedagogical observation for functional condition of beginner skiers during three-week (3 microcycles) training camp in midlands (1600 meters above sea level). The study has been tasked with revealing of the course of training sessions influence on 24 students' functional condition, specializing in ski racing, and developing recommendations for construction of the training process of beginner skiers during the training camp in midlands. As a result of the studies dynamics of adaptation processes among skiers of 18-22 years old was identified. It was determined, that the middle of microcycle 2 is a reducing peak of functional condition of the students. Based on these results the following structure of training loads during three-week camp was offered. 1 microcycle - HR 140 ±10 beats/min; the length of the distance segments дистанции is increasing gradually from 300 to 1500-2000 m; main training methods are steady and variable; microcyle 2 - a significant part of training loads can take place at HR - 180±10 beats/min; leading the trend -increasing the load volume with HR 160±10 beats/min; microcycle 3 - directly "leading" to the competition, reduction in the total volume of loads (to 20%) and the intensity of exercises.
