The dynamics of the investment process in enhancing the competitiveness of China’s modern economy

The article investigates the factors contributing to the competitiveness of China's modern economy. Using ratings from leading international organizations, the country's positions on key macroeconomic indicators - gross domestic product (GDP), GDP growth rates, and gold reserves-are substantiated. Special attention is given to the impact of the investment component of the reforms carried out in the country, demonstrating the growing role of Chinese multinational corporations in the global economy. The most profitable world-class Chinese multinational corporations are highlighted. It is established that the growth of foreign investment and the increased efficiency in the use of foreign direct investments in the country's economy are considered national priorities. The following factors of investment attractiveness are identified: improvement of the business environment, developed industrial chains, and the openness of China's economy. The article also analyzes government policy measures aimed at improving the investment climate in the country.
