Article deals with problems of personality development in the elementary school age. Author briefly analyzes the different theories of understanding the specificity of value-based relations of children of elementary school, features of their formation and hierarchy within the age. The results of experimental investigations of the dynamics of elementary-school children's emotional choice of different systems of value-based relations from first to fourth class publishes in this article.
