We studied 74 women whose pregnancy was not complicated with the preeclampsia development, we also analyzed clinical-laboratory indices in the dynamic of pregnancy. Both red blood indices with compensatory reticulocyted reaction and content of ferrum interchange indices with prelatency ferrum deficiency development without true anemia manifestation at the background of erythropoetin adequate production are stated to be decreased. The pregnancy development displayed the reducing of thrombocytes quantity and the rising of leucocytes under the morphological blood composition worsening and simultinous endogenic intoxication degree up-leveling. The following indices were revealed: functional liver probes increase, hyperfibronogenemia, total protein and nitrogenous metabolism decrease, the change of electrolytic status and lipid exchange with the system inflammatory response syndrome manifestations. It is the trophoblastic β-1-glycoprotein index that was in statistically proven increase during pregnancy.
