Dynamics of clinical-social and clinical-immunological indices of patients with schizophrenia in the process of antipsychotic therapy

Treatment with main principles of individual orientation and complex approach was realized in the framework of technology of personalized therapy for patients with schizophrenia based on biological factors and social possibilities. Choice of atypical antipsychotic as a base of long-term therapy was the main point, psychotherapy and psychosocial programs considering immunological disorders were used for the purpose of integration of entire rehabilitation process into a single set of measures for the clinical and social stabilization of schizophrenia symptoms.
