In this work, the influence of the complex of organic acids "BiSAlTek" on the morphological and biochemical parameters of the blood of poultry was studied. The positive effect of the acidifier on the increase in red blood cells, as well as on the level of metabolic processes, due to which there was a more intense increase in body weight. The supplement had an antiinflammatory (by changing leukopoiesis) and hepatoprotective effect on the poultry body.
