Dynamics of motivation of the students of creative specialty in the process of studying at a higher educational institution

The article describes the results of the psychological research of the motivation particulars of the educational and professional activities of the students of the 1st-4th courses majoring in «Directing of theatrical performances and holidays». Certain motives are defined as actual and promising as well as those motives that tend to be fading. The interpretation of the relationship of the prevailing motives in accordance with the objectives of training at each course has been made.
