The results of our studies showed the negative impact of mycotoxins on lipid metabolism in rabbits. A significant increase in the content of triglycerides was recorded by 45.21 % (P<0.01), cholesterol – 29.79 % (P<0.001), low-density lipoproteins – 46.58 % (P<0.001), lipase – 25.34 % (P<0.05), atherogenic index by 2.3 times (P<0.01), as well as a decrease in high-density lipoproteins by 29.41 % (P<0.05) and phospholipids – 26.31 % (P <0.05), respectively, relative to background values. The use of the «Galluasorb» feed additive contributed to the normalization of the studied parameters of lipid metabolism, which confirms the effectiveness and promise of further comprehensive studies of the developed feed additive as a means of preventing combined mycotoxicosis.
