Dynamics of development of the all-Russian volleyball project "Silver ball" in the Republic of Karelia

This article examines the dynamics of the development of the All-Russian project "Silver Ball" in the Republic of Karelia in the period from 2013 to 2019, its role in the popularization of school volleyball among girls and boys. The main objectives of the project are to identify the dynamics of the number of participants of the Silver Ball project in the Republic of Karelia separately among girls and boys, as well as the reasons for increasing or decreasing the number of participating teams in the tournament. The main objectives of this work are to orient school principals, teachers-organizers, trainers-teachers and physical education teachers to the need to hold this event in their institutions to stimulate the pedagogical activity of physical education teachers of secondary schools to improve extracurricular physical education and wellness work.
