The given research is lead (carried out) with the purpose of studying the basic structurally functional parameters of heart, an estimation of efficiency of therapy (egilok, kardilopin, their combination) at patients with Researches - ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, an electrocardiogram, echocardiogram - initially, 3 and 6 months of treatment were carried out. 126 patients are included in research with arterial hypertension 2 degrees receiving centerdosa therapy and 34 healthy persons.
