The article shows changes in the emotional sphere in patients with autoimmune hepatic diseases before and after orthotopic hepatic transplantation. It cites data about the role of anxiety in combination with other emotionally affective disorders. It considers the necessity of differential diagnostics in this category of patients using modern experimentally psychological methods.
