Dynamics of interaction between communicative competence and tolerance in the professional activity and training of law enforcement officers

Introduction. The study of the dynamics of interaction between communicative skills and tolerance ensures focused prevention of intolerant behaviour in the activities and training of law enforcement officers towards the conditions of professional communication and interaction with citizens. The aim is to assess the tolerance and communicative competence of cadets of the educational organization of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs and to establish the degree of readiness of students to independently perform the tasks of professional interaction.
