This article addresses the issue of enhancing resilience among managers in the machine engineering sector. It emphasizes the characteristics of shifts in resilience influenced by psychocorrectional work on the irrational beliefs of individuals. The findings of the study indicate a positive impact of corrective work on the resilience of managers. The results of psychocorrectional work with an experimental group of respondents focused on the development of rational thinking are presented. Comparative analysis reveals that the groups were in relatively equal conditions across all key indicators. After the intervention, significant shifts in resilience and a reduction in the influence of irrational beliefs were detected using the Wilcoxon test.
