Structural and activity approach to dynamization of competitiveness of managerial workers in industrial enterprises

The article presents the main modern trends in the social and labor sector of the economy that predetermine the increase of the role of managerial workers in industrial enterprises, as well as the need for their competitiveness dynamization. The dynamization of the competitiveness of managerial staff is considered as a process of accelerating their labor activity transformation, which allows to maintain and improve the competitive positions taking into account the current and forecast changes in the external environment. The content and limitations of the existing approaches to studying the competitiveness of managers have been analyzed. It has been substantiated that in the continuously changing conditions of functioning of industrial enterprises, in order to solve the problem of dynamization of the competitiveness of managerial workers, a structural and activity approach is required. This approach implies identifying the interrelated structural components of the labor activity of managerial workers, the transformation of which allows to flexibly respond to the changes in the requirements of the subjects of labor relations and the possibilities of development of the management object. The application of the proposed methodological approach allows to improve the social and economic effectiveness of managerial workers in industrial enterprises thanks to a more targeted development and fulfilment of the management potential, what is proved by the approbation results.
