The development of new professional and cultural moral personality traits has been determined by the differentiation of the social structure in modern Russia. At the same time the transitive state of the current society resulted in the dramatic changes in the objective conditions of the military service. The article looks at the necessity of new approaches to the solution of military men disciplined approach issue. Its content-related components are identified and characterized. The topicality of the scientific studies of the discipline’s role and disciplined approach in the process of warrior personality development is emphasized.
