Discrimination in labour relations in the Russian Federation: problems and solutions

The article analyzes the problems of discrimination in labor relations in the Russian Federation, including discrimination based on gender, age and social status. The reasons for employers' refusal to employ certain categories of citizens are considered and measures of state support are proposed to reduce the level of discrimination, such as tax breaks and other incentives for employers.
