Discursive and methodological limitations of creative process management research

This study is a decomposition of practical research on the creative process in all its diversity. Based on the works of E.A. Poe, N.A. Berdyaev, Yu.S. Morkina, I.A. Beskova, K.M. Harris, R. de Fillippi et al., the author builds a new line that can be more effective when considering the creative process. Such immersion in diverse practices makes it possible to observe the creative process from the position within which its initiator is located, that is, the researcher is in the position of the artist. The relevance of the work lies in the fact that the studied subject of the creative process can be managed in close connection with the meaning of meaning-forming factors, which in itself opens up opportunities for application in such areas as management and project management. Particular attention is paid to the expansion of methodological tools, including systemic and structural approaches, practices based on the arts-based research. In addition, the work is focused on the problems of philosophical hermeneutics and management of creative industries.
