Disqualification: peculiarities of the subjects called to account

Disqualification for violation of the employees labour law that is a new type of the administrative penalty is considered. The number of subject to whom disqualification can be applied is analyzed. The author draws a conclusion that it there is no sense in applying disqualification to other officials except for the direct head of the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur who are the employers.
