The investigation results of sudden death cases in young persons (under 39) having external and internal signs of connective tissue dysplasia are represented in this work. Main pathology causing sudden death was vascular pathology as a result of cardiovascular syndrome in connective tissue dysplasia. Main pathogenic mechanism of forming aneurisms in connective tissue dysplasia was established to be disturbed structure of vascular wall.
