Dispositive method of regulating the THE continual (additional) professional education system at the local regulatory documents level of educational organization

Introduction. The article examines the possibilities and limitations when developing local regulatory documentation for an organization implementing additional professional programs in the Russian Federation. The authors reveal the essence of the application of the dispositive method of legal regulation in continual (additional, vocational) professional education as one of the possible criteria, which combines legal means and techniques that influence the law on people’s behavior, social relations, while arising between participants in educational legal relations, which provides the opportunity to agree on acceptable ways to regulate necessary issues.
