This article is devoted to such a form of labor relations as remote work. A special way of organizing labor provides for a certain form of labor relations with the features of concluding labor contracts and regulating labor activity. Russian reality, faced with the pandemic, was not ready from the legal point of view to some features of the transfer of employees to a remote work format. The author studies the problems of legal regulation of this form of labor activity and suggests ways to solve them.
