Представлен обзор литературы по проблеме диагностики, консервативного и оперативного гемостаза у пациентов с дивертикулярным кровотечением (ДК). Лечение кровотечений из нижних отделов ЖКТ остается важной задачей ургентной хирургии. В настоящее время отсутствуют четкие показания в отношении наиболее подходящих методов лечения, нет эффективных способов профилактики ДК. Лечение и диагностика ДК эволюционировало с появлением интервенционной эндоскопии и ангиографии. Это позволило ограничить показания к экстренному оперативному вмешательству без четкого выявления источника кровотечения. Разработка эффективных методов гемостаза при ДК является важной задачей. Данный раздел ургентной хирургии до сих пор освещен недостаточно, отсутствуют четкие показания к различным методам диагностики и лечению ДК, которые требуют дальнейшего изучения.
