This paper considers the variations in the design of human transformation into a transhuman and a posthuman. Natasha Vita-More, one of the ideologists and policy documents compilers, is fundamentally concerned with this issue in transhumanism. Her works not only present the ethical and legal basis preceding the transition to the transhuman (the concept of morphological freedom), but also discuss various aspects and characteristics of the transhuman “shell” with possible options for superpowers through prosthetic procedures for the initial prototype of the “body as a biological design”. The “Primo Posthuman” project is a media product developed by Natasha Vita-More, promoting as yet undiscovered and unrealized radical technologies in the context of the transformation of the existing system of values and culture. Hence, Vita-More promotes her own interdisciplinary educational program “Human Enhancement Design” (HED), which is supposed to attract new supporters to transhumanism via conceptual art (bio-art) among other things. The paper presents a critical analysis of possible variations of the project, their logic of argumentation, innovativeness, and “usefulness”, including subsequent modifications.
