David Copperfield, Pip and Jane Eyre in western and eastern literature of the XXth century (Jane Eyre Ch. Bronte and R.N. Guntekin)

The article analyses and compares such novels as Jane Eyre by Ch. Bronte and Qaliku§u by Re§at Nun Guntekin. The novels have much in common, for example, the plot, composition, narrative structure, the central images of strong independent young women. But the authors emphasize the peculiarities of their epochs and their countries as well and these aspects is the main reason of differences between the novels.
