This article provides a doctrinal analysis of cybercrime as a legal phenomenon in modern jurisprudence, emphasizing its unique characteristics and the challenges it poses to traditional legal frameworks. Cybercrime, characterized by its technological complexity, transnational scope, and anonymity, disrupts conventional notions of jurisdiction, responsibility, and legal accountability. The study explores the historical evolution of legal responses to cybercrime, the philosophical and legal implications of its rise, and the need for adaptive and flexible legal systems. It also highlights the importance of international cooperation, technological integration, and interdisciplinary research to address emerging cyber threats.
