Energy supply contract in the system of special legislation

The article is devoted to the study of the place of the energy supply contract in the legal field of the Russian Federation. The article provides an analysis of special legislation in the field of energy supply using an energy supply contract, a comparison of the place of the energy supply contract in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and in special normative legal acts regulating legal relations within the boundaries determined by the subject of the energy supply contract, as well as in judicial practice. The importance of the study is emphasized by the fact that the energy supply contract is separated into a separate type of purchase and sale transaction, due to the uniqueness of the subject of the contract - energy and essential conditions.
