The treaty between the DPRK and the Russian Federation will determine the relations between our nations for the next hundred years

One year ago, in Pyongyang, the Chairman of the State Affairs of the DPRK, Comrade Kim Jong-un, and the esteemed President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, held a historic meeting, which resulted in the signing of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Agreement. This was a political event that, as we see it, provided our two nations with a 100-year plan for the development of our relations and a bright future.
