Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union: the revealed gaps and methods of their standard elimination

Purpose: Research of gaps and methods of their standard elimination in the Agreement on the Eurasian economic union Methodology: The formal-legal method was used. Results: In article the most actual gaps in the Agreement on the Eurasian economic union are considered, and ways of their elimination for the purpose of ensuring further and forward development of processes of the Eurasian economic integration are offered. Novelty/originality/value: Article has the high scientific and practical value as is modern attempt of consideration of an actual problem.
