Agreement on the integrated development of the territory: legal nature and essential conditions

The author analyzes the agreement on integrated development of territories (IDT) from the perspective of the Civil and Urban Planning Codes of the Russian Federation. Considers the essential terms of this agreement (mandatory and optional). Focuses attention, in particular, on such issues as concluding and amending the IDT agreement, the particularities of the parties’ responsibilities under it, and the features of the IDT agreement concluded by the IDT operator. Proposes measures to improve the legislation on the IDT in terms of regulating contractual relations between public and private partners.
