Railway passenger and baggage transportation agreement, main aspects and classification

The article examines the legal regulation of relations arising in the sphere of transportation of passengers and baggage by rail. The author's definitions of some terms are proposed. The participants, essential provisions of the contract of passenger railway transportation and baggage are defined. The classifications of contracts of passenger railway transportation and baggage are presented based on the positions of scientists and provisions of legislation.
