Shipping agreement

The article defines the contract for the carriage of goods, describes the main norms of the legislation on the contract for the carriage of goods by various means of transport, highlights the parties to the agreement in question. An analysis of the features of the contract for the carriage of goods was also carried out. It is concluded that in order to fully regulate the contract for the carriage of goods in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, an addition to paragraph 1 of Article 785 must be made in the form of a reference to the fact that the carrier must deliver the goods not only to the specified destination, but also within the time period specified by the contract.
