Doctrinal approaches to the concept of a service in a paid service contract: problems of determining the concept and identifying the essence

The article is devoted to the study of the concept of "service" and identifying the essence of this term in relation to the contract for the provision of services. The author analyzed various points of view, identified similarities and differences in the subject of the contract for the provision of services and the contract, and also offered his own vision of this issue to improve the current legislation.
