External social image directly affects the external image of the organization. It influences the assessment of the organization’s activities by its consumers, partners, suppliers, and supervising authorities. The need to develop a strategy for the creation and management of the external social image of organization appears in the dynamically changing society and modern business community. The research considers the document and conceptual support of corporate social activities as the main tool to manage the external social image of the business organization. The paper describes each element of the external social image management system: social mission, corporate social policy, the social strategy of the organization, target social programs, socially oriented practices, external social report. The author concludes that the document and conceptual support of activities aimed at the creation of the external social image should be an integral part of the organization’s management processes. The research defines the concept of the integrated management system of the external social image of the business organization.
