Documentation of public inspection and participation of members of the community in its conduct

The issues of documenting the conduct of a public inspection of premises, buildings, terrain areas and vehicles in the operational search activities by the internal affairs bodies, as well as the participation of independent persons in its conduct are examined in the article. The expediency of making final document on conducting the operational search actions is under analysis, the requirements for documentation imposed by regulatory legal acts are examined. The author considers the possibility and necessity of participation of members of the community in conducting a public inspection by operatives of internal affairs bodies.
