The article «The house of Doctor Dee» by Peter Ackroyd: time and space of the novel is devoted to the system of organization and interrelation of the time and space of the modern English novel, and also to the investigation of the time and space of different types. One of the peculiarities of Ackroyds novels is the «ring-structure» of the plot line. It means that similar episodes relate to different historical time, but happen in the same location. Thus the complicated «time and space» organization becomes the united, complex, but smooth system.
