Th e article discusses the peculiarities of the development of the communicative culture of high school students in additional foreign language education. Th e relevance of the study is confi rmed by a comprehensive analysis of this problem, and conditioned by the need to develop and test a pe dagogical model for diagnosing the level of the high school students’ communicative culture formation of in the system of additional foreign language education. Th e article focuses on the role of additional foreign language education in the development of the communicative culture of high school students.
