Extended education for adults: factor of personality professional development

The article deals with the extended education for adults as the major educational system component. It also describes the conceptual approaches to the definition of terms such as «education» and «extended education». The essence, the content, the principles and peculiarities of the extended educational system for adults functioning are considered and defined.
