Postgraduate professional education of librarians: implementation of educational projects at the national level

The article is devoted to the actual tasks of additional professional education as a tool for managing the personnel potential of the industry. The influence of the forced remote training regime on the strengthening of individual qualities and opportunities of additional professional education is revealed. The main emphasis is placed on the analysis of the experience of the first stages of the Federal project “Creative People” in the part aimed at the development of human resources of librarianship. The concept of “the project of additional professional education at the national level” was introduced, scientific tasks were set to develop its theoretical foundations in relation to library personnel. The necessity and possibilities of improving the content orientation of the projects of additional professional education at the national level aimed at modernizing the personnel potential of librarianship are revealed. Reasonable theoretical-pedagogical and managerial methodological platforms are substantiated. The task is to develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of projects of additional professional education at the national level. The necessity of solving a range of theoretical problems of social informatics for the development of the practice of economics of modern digital education is determined.
