Additional court decision as a means of correcting procedural errors of court decisions

The article provides a brief analysis of such a procedural legal mechanism for correcting errors possibly made when making a court decision on a case as an additional decision. Along with its concept, structure and content, the subject composition and those procedural and legal conditions under which the issuance of such court decisions by a court is permissible, and sometimes necessary, to achieve the goals of the administration of justice in civil proceedings are disclosed.
