Interrogation: problems of legislative regulation and tactics of conducting

In this article, the author reveals the concept and essence of such an investigative action as interrogation, the types and features of some types of interrogation are given. Interrogation is one of the key methods of collecting and analyzing information in criminal proceedings. Its importance cannot be overestimated: a properly conducted interrogation can become a crucial element in a case, providing the necessary evidence and helping to establish the truth. The article identifies the problems of its legislative regulation and tactical methods of its implementation.
