Accessibility as a requirement to the information component of the legal regulation of social security

The development of information support for social security, the transfer of information to digital media is now becoming an objective necessity. On the example of the pension savings to successors of the deceased insured person, which is difficult because of the lack of necessary knowledge, the author concludes that information registers and systems in this sphere should be available, that is, they are known and open for use, and are presented in an understandable for perception form.
