Pre-trial settlement of consumer disputes in the context of the development of digital technologies and e-commerce

The article is devoted to the issues of pre-trial settlement of consumer disputes. Various aspects are considered in the need to expand cases of out-of-court settlement of disputes in the sphere of consumer protection. The procedure for online consumer dispute resolution within the framework of pre-trial settlement is analyzed, the advantages and disadvantages of online consumer dispute resolution are identified. It was concluded on the need for consideration for the development of a system of online mechanisms for substantiating disputes.
