Pre-judicial order of settlement of disputes between the consumer and the seller

The article is devoted to procedural aspects of consumer rights protection, in particular, to a pre-judicial order of settlement of the civil disputes arising between subjects of the consumer relations. The difference between a “pre-judicial” and “claim” order of settlement of legal disputes reveals. History of development of a claim order of settlement of disputes is shown. For more successful explanation of the considered legal problems materials of court practice are used, including - local practice. The author makes recommendations about the most successful resolution of conflicts in this sphere of the legislation.
