Confidence in state and public institutions as a condition of civic self-organization

The article is devoted to problems of confidence in state and public institutions. The analysis of the concepts "trust", "the personified trust", "institutional trust" is given in the article. The reasons of low level of trust to the main state and public institutes are established in modern Russia, importance of strengthening of partnership of the state and civil society is noted.
