Spiritual and moral aspect of countering destructive youth movements

This article examines the spiritual and moral side of de-structive youth movements. The author refers to the spiritual and moral factor as the main reason for the emergence of this negative social phenomenon. Attention is drawn to the fact that the absence of a doctrine of spiritual and moral security of citizens, strategies of spiritual and moral development of Russia, which would establish legal definitions of spirituality, morality, spiritual and moral values, soul and spirit of man, measures to prevent and combat spiritual and moral crimes, as well as the existence of conflict of spiritual and moral and material needs of man contribute to the growth of destructive youth movements and crimes. A religious and philosophical approach is recommended to develop adequate measures to prevent and combat destructive youth movements, moral and criminal offences.
