Law enforcement officers' spiritual and moral education

Issues of spiritual and moral education of law enforcement officers are closely connected with the formation of a person as a whole. The world outlook is influenced not only by existing social institutions such as family, school, law enforcement educational institutions, but also by transforms of social relations and problems in different spheres of life activity of the society. The relevance of the problem increases under globalization of the society, new threats and challenges arising in the modern world. The sphere of moral principles is the innermost area of human existence which neither allows nor bares direct interference from the state government. However, it does not mean that the state must not interfere in this sphere. Public authorities activity related to interaction with the civic society aiming to educate and form citizens' behaviour is performed according to certain requirements including elimination of consequences of factors which negatively influence personal moral sphere.
