Didactic facilities of spiritual ascending implementation in problem polylogue as a pedagogical condition of polylogical process of mastering Russian spiritual and musical culture by a teacher-musician in high vocational education institutions are reviewed. Spiritual ascending in a problem polylogue by means of analytical and emotional motion is substantiated to develop students' readiness to perceive religious tradition art, polylogical text, problem textual and polylogical activity in the polylogue of individual and object, individual and individual coordinated actions.
